Verify a provider

Confirm that a business is registered and see its current status before granting community access or signing a contract. Verification is free and requires no account.

Registry lookup

What verifies. A valid Registry ID returns the permanent Registry record and its current standing, whether Registered, Approved, Under Review, Suspended, or Removed. Only providers in Approved standing publish a full profile and appear in Search. A business with no record at all reports as not located.

What verification confirms

The business holds a Registry ID and the ID matches the business name.
The current registry status and the date of last review.
Whether the business is an Active Community Provider participating in community opportunity programs.
Whether the record is Under Review, Suspended, or Removed.

What verification does not confirm

Registry status is not a state license, a guarantee of workmanship, or an endorsement. Always confirm current licensing with the issuing state authority and request a certificate of insurance directly from the business.

Report a false claim

If a business presents a Registry ID that does not verify, or claims registry status while Suspended or Removed, report it. Misuse of registry marks is a violation of Standard 10.
