Professionals Invited to Participate
These professionals have personally received invitations to consider serving on the HOA Provider Registry Advisory Board. Open Advisory Positions
What the Advisory Board does
Shape provider standards
Members review the 10 HOA Provider Standards and the review criteria behind them, and recommend changes as the needs of communities change.
Review Registry policies
Members advise on how concerns, reviews, suspensions and appeals are handled, so that the process is fair to communities and to providers.
Say what boards and managers need
Members work with associations every day. They tell the Registry what boards and community managers need from a provider record and from the tools built around it.
Participation, compensation and independence
Participation and compensation
There is no fixed monthly time commitment. Participation is task by task, and members choose which advisory activities they take part in.
Advisory work is compensated with a stipend of $50 to $125 per hour depending on the task. For example:
- Board meeting participation$50 per hour
- Hosting a Registry Zoom sessionup to $125 per hour
Members serve under a one-year advisory agreement and a short code of conduct, and may step down at any time. No amount of work or monthly income is guaranteed.
Advisory Board membership and Registry status
Serving on the Advisory Board has no effect on any provider's Registry status. Members' own companies are reviewed like any other.
Registry status cannot be bought. Read how standing is decided.
