Registration is not a license. The HOA Provider Registry is privately operated by DealMate Holdings, LLC and is not a government agency. Registry status does not replace any state or local licensing, bonding, or insurance requirement.

Registration questions

Is there an annual renewal fee?

No. The $120 registration is one-time. The annual credential re-review is included. The optional Direct Job Program is billed at $120 per year and can be cancelled at any time without affecting the base record.

Does the registry send me leads or take a commission?

The registry never takes a commission, referral fee, or percentage of any job. Communities and residents contact registered businesses directly. Direct Job Program enrollees receive job requests from participating communities for a flat annual fee with no per-lead charge.

What is the difference between Registered and Approved?

Registered means intake is complete and the standards have been accepted. Approved means the registry has reviewed licensing, insurance, and entity filings against public sources and found them consistent with the record. Approved status is re-reviewed annually.

Can my registration be declined?

Yes. Registration is declined when a business cannot be verified as a real entity, when it holds a Removed status under another name, or when licensing required for its trade cannot be confirmed. Declined registrations are refunded in full.
