Registration is not a license. The HOA Provider Registry is privately operated by DealMate Holdings, LLC and is not a government agency. Registry status does not replace any state or local licensing, bonding, or insurance requirement.

Business identity

Standard 1: Establish Trust. Register under the legal business name exactly as filed with the state.

Primary contact

The owner or officer accountable for registry matters. This contact receives review notices and complaint notifications.

We email a code to confirm this address before you submit.

Business address

A physical place of business is required. Mail drops and virtual offices alone do not satisfy Standard 1.

Service categories

Select every category in which the business performs work for HOA communities or residents. Each category may require a corresponding license in Step 6.

Service area

Communities search by city, county, ZIP, and state. List the areas the business actively serves.

Listed communities are visible to Registry reviewers only. They are not published unless the community itself chooses to list the relationship.

Licensing

Standard 2: Operate Legally. List each license your trade requires, up to five. More can be added after registration.

Insurance

General liability coverage is required for Approved status. Workers' compensation is required where mandated by state law.

Supporting documents

Upload the documents used to verify the record. Documents are reviewed by registry staff and are never published. Files upload after you submit. They are not kept in a saved draft, so re-attach them if you return to this step later.

Optional opportunity distribution powered by DealMate. Enrolled providers receive notices when participating communities record a provider need in their category and area, and can tell the community they are interested. $10 per month, billed annually at $120. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal. There are no per-lead or per-job fees. HOA Provider Registry determines Registry standing; DealMate routes opportunities.

Registration questions

Is there an annual renewal fee?
No. The $120 registration is one-time. The annual credential re-review is included. The optional DealMate Direct Job Program is $10 per month, billed annually as one $120 charge, and can be cancelled at any time without affecting the base record.
Does the registry send me leads or take a commission?
The registry never takes a commission, referral fee, or percentage of any job. Communities and residents contact registered businesses directly. DealMate Direct Job Program enrollees receive notices of community provider needs for $10 per month, billed annually, with no per-lead charge.
What is the difference between Registered and Approved?
Registered means intake is complete and the standards have been accepted. Approved means registration is complete, the standards are accepted, and the fee was received. The record is then published, and Registry staff review licensing, insurance, and entity filings and show each result on the record. A record that fails review can be placed Under Review, suspended, or removed. Records are re-reviewed annually.
Can my registration be declined?
Yes. Registration is declined when a business cannot be verified as a real entity, when it holds a Removed status under another name, or when licensing required for its trade cannot be confirmed. Questions about fees for a declined application go to records@hoaproviderregistry.org.
