Free access for associations and management companies.

Participation counts are published only from live Registry data. As communities enroll, this section reports participating communities, management organizations, homes represented, and providers being monitored.

Status system

Every record carries a status the board can cite.

Status definitions
Registered

Registry record established, standards accepted, and Registry ID issued. Not yet published in Approved standing.

Approved

Registration completed, the 10 HOA Provider Standards accepted, and the registration fee received. Credentials on file are listed on the record with their review status.

Active Community Provider

Approved and participating in community opportunity programs through the optional DealMate Direct Job Program. Not a higher level of review.

Under Review

A credential, complaint, or standards matter is open. Not listed in Search, but still verifies by Registry ID. Not a finding of fault.

Records may also be marked Suspended or Removed. Retired Registry IDs are never reissued.

01 · Credentials reviewed

Reviewed and shown on the record

After a record is published, Registry staff review the licensing, insurance, and business filings on file and show each result on the record. Records are reviewed again every year.

02 · Permanent record

A Registry ID with a durable history

Every provider carries an HPR Registry ID and a dated status history. A board can cite the record in minutes, vendor lists, and resident notices.

03 · Published standards

Ten standards of conduct

Registered businesses agree to ten standards covering legality, honest advertising, transparent pricing, resident protection, and problem resolution.

For HOA communities

Your provider record should outlast your board.

Boards change. Managers change. The Registry keeps a persistent record of the businesses your community uses, follows, and has reviewed, so the next board inherits the history instead of starting over. Free for any association or management company.

Sample vendor policy language

“Vendors performing work in common areas shall hold current Approved standing with the HOA Provider Registry, and shall provide their Registry ID on all proposals and invoices.”

For businesses

Register your business in the national registry.

A flat $120 one-time registration. No commissions, no lead fees. The registry never takes a cut of your work.
